Socially Acceptable Tracksuit

Trousers - Adidas Vintage
Jumper - Mum's Wardrobe
Belt - Vintage
Fedora - H&m
Socks - Topshop
Shoes - Superstar II by Adidas

Finally got round to shooting a new Ootd, life has been seriously hectic recently so you will have to excuse my very un-made up face. But here it is, the almost socially acceptable tracksuit outfit. Probably should have ironed these trousers before I put them on, but they're that weird fabric that constantly creases so there's never much point. I found these gems when I was in Bristol in February time last year with my friend at a vintage shop thing, they're 100% silk so they feel unreal to wear and they only cost me £15. My only problem with them is how wide they are around the hips, like hammer-time trousers.. not the most flattering. Normally I would wear these with some sort of cute crop top to balance out the Kim K bum they give me but seeing as Autumn is officially here, it's too cold for that nonsense.

Which brings me onto the strange occurrence with my hair, it seems to reflect the season.. and now that the leaves are orange-y.. I'm becoming even more ginger, very odd. Not that I mind, Ariel was always my favourite Disney Princess. On the subject of hair, however much I love this hat, it doesn't hold very well unless my hair is straight which is such a shame because I really love it, so if any of you curly girlies have tips for that, they are extremely welcome here. And no, bobbie pins don't work.

My new babies were my 19th birthday pres from my parents, and they are the best. (I'm 19 how old is that?!?) Not sure why I haven't ventured to Adidas Originals before, because they are super (get it) comfy and they come in my size!!!!!! Ye the excitement is real friends, adult shoe's finally fit me. I was considering getting the suede ones, but I felt after my boks' I didn't need two green suede trainers, seemed a little excessive even if green is the best colour. I've seen a few white versions of these around but I thought I would really go wild and get the black ones, which I lav.

I still can't believe how much support blogging has got me and it is honestly the best thing I have ever decided to do with my spare time. So I thank you all for reading it and sharing it etc etc it means a lot! That's the most emotion I can produce right now, but you are all just really gr8 and know that I love every one of you who visits.
BIG LOVES

Parisian Pardy

Bonjour mes petits amis!
I am back for ma weekly post, and its time for another travel post. As you may know, if you often read my blog and caught last weeks post I spent this past weekend in Paris! It was my first time there and I honestly have never been soooo speechless at how beautiful a city can be, and how sad I am to be home. But anyway, here's a little mash-up of some of my pictures, sights I saw, what I wore, places I visited etc..
Jouir!

Duster Kimono Thingy - Primark
Vest - TK Maxx
Leggins - Berska
Boots- La Moda
Sunglasses - eBay

The Pompidou Center, Louvre, Notre Dame et al

Jeans (Hand dyed) - Asos
Vest - H&m
Boots - La Moda

Bastille Food Markets

Some loved the attention of the camera..

Various Street 'entertainment'

And the best bit, the food..

To conclude, I am supremely fat since my return and really quite sad! But it has definitely been checked off my list of places to visit and I tried my first (and second and third) souffle so the bucket list is going well. The only person I kissed in front of the Eiffel Tower was my mum and my main romances were with the crazy recorder player in the Bastille market and a man who asked me to join in a Parisian dance.. but hey, you can't have everything!

Merci et au revoir!!

Faux Monochrome

Leotard - eBay
Skirt - East End Thrift Shore
Grey Tights - Primark
Socks - Topshop
Shoes - LaModa
Bag - Radley
Fluffy Keyring - Amelia Jane
Sunglasses - Some girl on Depop idk
Choker Thingy - Primark
Faux Septum - La Moda

So I went to my first east end thrift store a few weeks ago and found this leather badboy for a £1, although much shorter than what I usually wear (hence the weird coloured tights) I actually think it looks pretty cute. Decided to monochrome up for this 'Ootd' to match my extremely good fake sunglasses.. "faux" if you like, but let's be honest here who has £150 to spend on a pair of sunglasses?!!?! (why is it called a pair when you only buy one?)  For me though, things like this, fake wins everytime. Except in the case of boobs, fake boobs look weird. But whatever, seriously sidetracking.. I looove them, and they say "cross my heart - hope to die - stick a needle - in my eye" which is nice. I feel ready to whip out my vogue (the dance not the magazine) any moment now.

Onwards, turtlenecks are one of those statement pieces in every persons wardrobe, and if you don't have one.. you should probably get one. They literally look good with anything that's acceptable to wear in public and they're comfy, like burkenstocks, so added bonus. They also hide your neck, so if you don't have a nice neck.. it's a good purchase. Anyway this great little number is actually a leotard, that cost me £2.87 from Chinese ebay!!!!!!! And it's a thong so no awkward VPL for me! Don't be that person who has the VPL, ultimate pet hate.

These shoes look like they could knock out a mafia, but surprisingly are amazingly comfortable. Sadly they come up quite big on my stupidly small feel, so I have to wear them with socks. Fabulous sparkly socks I might add. But socks all the same.

Anyway, I'm seriously snowed under with work, so I'm going to have to cut posts down to once a week. My next week's post will be overly excited as I am GOING TO PARIS!!!!!!!
And don't panic, my instagram will obviously be overloaded with Laduree and eiffel tower puns. And I may come back 5 stone heavier, with a mock french accent.

SEE YOU NEXT WEEK LOVELIES
